Legal & General Investment Management invites you to consider proposals for a new employment development at the site. Strategically placed just a short walk from Penge West railway station, Meaford Way has the potential to provide modern, high-quality industrial and office space for Bromley.
By providing floorspace across units of different sizes, we can cater to a wider range of businesses, ultimately helping the local economy. The proposals also include new landscaping, car and cycle parking for the site.

Planning application
LGIM is preparing to submit a planning application to the London Borough of Bromley in the coming months. Prior to this submission, we are keen to meet with local residents and stakeholders in the neighbourhood to seek views on the emerging proposals. We recently held a consultation event to outline the proposals to local residents, and will continue to engage with stakeholders in the local area in the next few weeks.
