January 2026 – Updated proposals ready for planning submission
Legal & General Investment Management is planning to submit a planning application to the London Borough of Bromley in the next month.
Following our public consultation event in May 2024 and the demolition of the old buildings, we wanted to give local people an update on the project.
We have been working hard to make sure the scheme responds to planning policy and your consultation feedback, while maintaining the site’s employment use and enhancing site access, the layout, and overall appearance. You can read more about the changes to our proposals here.
